Why?

So a lot of people wonder why i want to spend a year abroad. It's been my dream since 7th grade and now I finally get the opportunity to do it, which makes me super happy! I think I am going to make a lot of new experiences over there, get more outgoing and learn a lot in general. Since I was a little girl I have loved the United States, they were always so fascinating. I have been thinking about going to the UK or Australia too, but for me the UK was "too similar" to Germany, it is still in Europe and stuff you know. And I love Australia, but to go there would be a lot more expensive and I have the biggest fear of spiders. But I will maybe do "Work & Travel" over there when I finished school. Anyway, there are so many reasons why I want to do an exchange year that it would take too long to list them all, but if you have a question just ask! :) x
